在人间凑数的日子(640)

刚刚做了一件极有成就感的事。因为楼下新开的小酒吧放的音乐太吵,我先是找到保安,让他和我一起找酒吧经理沟通,保安直接把我领到了前台,找到了经理。经理是个本地女人,叫Rachel.
我开门见山地说:I live in 5th floor. Your bar is playing music very loudly. It affects my sleep very terribly. 然后她就说:Sorry, I’ll let them turn it down. 我说:Yes. It even affects your customers here. Some of customers are shy and they will not tell you. They just came and live one night. Next day they will think “oh this hotel is terrible.” and they will never come again. 然后那个经理恍然大悟似地看着我,说:Yes, thanks. 然后我又和她强调了一下噪音的影响。完事,我回到房间,音量确实降低了不少。
我这房间比较大且临海,突然觉得也不用每天早晨下去看书了。每天早晨把阳台的门打开,吹着海风,就直接读了。不能浪费这机会。
