昨天是工作5️⃣周年纪念日，还是想写点东西纪念一下，一则是记录下此时此刻的想法，二则是很少有这种完全不依赖于ChatGPT的写作机会了。
5️⃣年是一个说长不长、说短不短的时间跨度，他不足以看到足够多的改变却又足以看到很多改变。
回顾一下，自己总体比较大的改变是一直在坚持健身，所以身材和身体一直保持的很好，再一个是多了几根白头发，可能是工作焦虑晚上睡不着的时候长出来的吧。5️⃣年里经历了2-3年covid，所以慢慢回忆还是会觉得空缺了一些关键时间。
回到工作，对自己的过去5️⃣年并不能算得上很满意，虽然也做了很多事情，但有一些事情没能坚持到最后或是等到真正价值的体现，也是遗憾。
从心态上讲，少了一分初出校园的赤子心和探索一切的好奇心。工作的稳定感难免会滋生出“懒”的苗子。
5️⃣年里，社会和行业也发生了翻天覆地的变化，AI浪潮下的创业浪潮和疯狂，看着这个社会在不断地造神与反造神，浮躁下的乱局，只能说要学习的还很多。
成功是一个多元素、多维度、多决定因素的概念，想清楚要什么，做时间的朋友，不做时间的对手吧。

岗位职责：
1、AI产品规划。根据研究院自研模型的能力进行需求的梳理，设计产品方案，产出PRD。并与团队各职能成员沟通，共同制定实施计划。
2、项目管理。管理和监控项目的范围、进度质量，保证项目目标的达成。
3、持续的AI产品发展趋势的调研。持续关注市面上的竞品周期性的进行竞品调研分析。对所负责产品有主人翁意识。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具备互联网行业工作经验经验者优先。
2、良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力，敏捷的思维辩证能力，优秀的团队合作精神及工作热情。
说明：
1、办公地在丹棱街5号微软大厦。

Project Title: Automated Evaluation - the Right Way
Project Description: Join a groundbreaking project at Microsoft Research Asia, focusing on answering fundamental questions around LLM-based evaluation, but with direct production impact. This project aims to surpass the current capabilities of LLMs in certain tasks, emphasizing accuracy, reliability, robustness, and generalizability. The intern will be instrumental in creating a production-deployed system that adapts to needs serving hundreds of millions of users; and answer fundamental questions around the capabilities, limitations, and usages of LLMs and beyond.
Requirements:
- Graduate student working towards a Ph.D.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, algorithms, and prompting.
- Understanding of these fields from a theoretical point of view is desired, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in programming and system design.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to relocate to Beijing for one year.
