- happy = ok with where you are
- overwhelming desire is the signal
- NO half-hearted effort
- anxiety = layered self conflicts
- waste of time = not Here for IT
- want the right thing and be present
- basic layer of being is real
- compliment to change ppl
- desire to unity is underlying drive
- wholeness
- short-term pain preferred
- mind-claring option preferred
