I think this is the problem with "skills." In a field I'm even slightly familiar with, like software engineering, there are only so many core principles. That’s why using someone else's "skills" feels a bit off. Their skills are essentially those principles with their own personal preferences layered on top. Using them as-is might actually be counterproductive. In that case, it's better not to use "skills" at all. After all, the principles of software development are already deeply ingrained during the model's training phase.
