越来越不喜欢家族里信仰宗教的亲戚了，总会把一切成功归功于宗教的庇护，归功于自己对信仰的虔诚。很反感这些，我公务员考试面试成绩很好，他们说是因为在家烧香拜佛给我求来的，我明明报了班，在教育机构起五更爬半夜苦练一个月，我觉得这都是我自身努力付出的结果，现在家里人这么说，我就感觉自己的付出被人全盘否定了。我妈让我别放在心上，可是我这人小心眼，一时半会放不下，时不时的一想起这事就闹心，快成心结了😂请问大家有什么好办法能让我不再小心眼嘛
