不知道是运动还是补剂的效果
好久都没有抽过筋
就算有时候有想要抽筋的前兆
马上动一动就没了
还挺神奇的

希望不是上年纪以后失去抽筋的能力导致的🥹

我是吃维生素D和鱼油，坚持吃效果挺明显的，完全感觉不到pms；忘记吃的时候症状就明显起来了 //@散步分子: 可以补充一下维生素D和镁片，搭配K2一起吃，我女朋友吃了一段时间感觉不错

丝之歌DLC要到明年了
不过也很劳模速度了（¯﹃¯）

因为第三季的中插买了豪士
get到了童77同款

Best Action/Adventure Game好耶！

We were on the bus and going to the IKEA and there was a mother(or granny?) taking a little girl on the bus, and that kid kept yelling, screaming for getting to the Decathlon.
(I like Decathlon too but I didn’t know it’s so attractive to kids too...)

It’s really funny and she just put down her bike and kept yelling, and the lady kept saying no no ,we just got out of there!

When the bus stopped and it seems like they’re getting off, but the little girl still did’t want to go, she was lying on the floor to refuse her fate. (and of course dragged out by the lady immediately)

买了个10cm的发现好像敲两个鸡蛋壳就满了
于是买了图里的款 感觉非常炫酷

我看着瘫在沙发上的刘志：
“以后我们下楼倒垃圾就可以说，‘走，带哈瑞杜博瓦下楼兜兜风。’”
“是啊，下楼吐点湿垃圾，‘啊不行金警官我要yue了（开盖倒出。jpg’ ”

家里的网是刘志脑袋运行的吗？
