为什么当时看到了但还是没能参与？

信息搜索已经商品化（e.g. Manus），但停止策略没有。停止策略高度依赖场景和经验，可能是复杂地判断开启下一次搜索的成本是否高于潜在收益，也可能是单个条件的满足判断。

My conviction is to build a great company. failures have humbled me to realize passion is far from enough, and I'm not the lucky few whose upbringing nurtured interests they see biz opportunities in. but talking to a random 货拉拉 driver and see why it's more 司机-friendly against 滴滴 give me the same thrill as when my hand-built graphics engine print the first png. reasoning through cac and ltv of businesses give the same level of mental masturbation as thinking through the structures of those mesmerizing algebraic systems. So please don't grill me on why my product does not relate back to some childhood trauma :) i am just in love with company building :)

What are the problems that are reducible to coding?

当一个机构提及他们的check size高于你想要的融资金额时，一个常见的误会是“诶那我要的更少，是不是也还行？”

其实check size反映的是机构的组织架构和决策机制，很多大机构很难为小check size的投资做判断。可怕的是，这些机构不会明确不投小check size，而是会暧昧的说可以看看（因为听创业者描述思路永远能帮助自己学习市场）。这种暧昧感会导致创业者尝试回答这些机构的挑战，提前花时间“研究”超越当前阶段的问题（例如在pre-PMF研究竞争、市场泛化），而不是寻找PMF。

正确的方法是，创业者必须要主动筛选投资人。投资人的组织结构大不相同，合适的业务阶段也完全不同。大基金的多级评估机制是为投资复杂业务（有收入/资产、明确用户信号等）设计的，不合适就是不合适。
