做了 ADHDOS 大半年，我发现注意力就像野马，完全禁止就像关进囚笼抑制天性，完全放手就容易跟着短视频/热点八卦跑到别人的马场里，忘记原本的目的地。

收集了很多信息，要用的时候却想不起来。

求知也是种欲望，AI 过早介入反而扼杀了探索的兴趣。而且由于自己的背景信息不够，得到的答案也难以验证。

所以我们需要一个可以探索和发散的空间，使用 Notion/Obsidian 同时管理信息/时间/情绪的上手成本还是太高了，这是我构建的版本adhdos.app

AGENT橘: 我观察到身边朋友同事们的 ADHD 越来越严重了。 很容易被细小琐碎的事分散注意力， 反而对大问题视而不见。 把关掉通知，独自沉浸在一件完整的大事里，变得越来越不可能。 进入心流，也变得越来越难。 AI 的高速执行，还加重了这个问题。 每两三分钟一次的对话，是一次次注意力集中和注意力涣散的交替循环。 我们该如何来拯救自己的前额叶呢？

每次找工作我都当市场调研。

今天玩了下 Hermes，用这个快速生成一版记忆
