当然其中少不了必要的独自构建的过程，AI不能给你带来思维突破的体验，一个个“Aha时刻”是不能AI生成的
就像看视频100遍，也不能学会游泳一样，vibe coding 100遍，也不能替代自己手敲代码一次。但同样思维模式的代码，可能现在手敲10次就够了，不用像以前要机械重复100次
